A private villa with a host who shows up every morning. Quiet, deliberate, and entirely yours.

Your daily host.
Included with every stay, without exception. A dedicated household attendant arrives each morning, refreshes the home, and prepares one meal of your choosing — breakfast or lunch — using ingredients you've selected. There is no schedule to keep, no script to follow. They are present when needed and invisible when not.

Morning arrival
A soft knock. The terrace is swept, the kitchen is reset, and the house is ready for the day.

Breakfast on the terrace
If you've chosen breakfast: fresh juice, eggs, fruit, cured meats, an espresso pulled to your taste — laid out as you take in the bay.

Lunch, if you prefer
Or — choose lunch instead of breakfast — and find a table set when you return from the beach. Mediterranean, Dominican, whatever you ask for.

House kept
Beds remade, bathrooms refreshed, dishes handled. You won't see it happen.
- Evening
Yours alone
The home empties. The terrace cools. The sea catches the last of the light. Dinner — and the rest of the day — is yours.

The pool.
Heated year-round and shared with only a small number of neighboring residences. Sunrise swims are quiet; late-afternoon swims catch the gold over the bay. Towels are always at hand.

Included
Daily housekeeping. One cooked meal per day (breakfast or lunch). Heated pool. Wi-Fi. Linens and towels. All utilities. Welcome basket on arrival.
Not included
Groceries (you choose; we shop on request). Additional meals beyond the daily one (private chef arranged on request). Excursions. Airport transfer (offered at arranged rate). Car rental.
